Prior to the commencement of the PADI Open Water or PADI Scuba Diver courses, a successful Dive Medical in accordance with AS4005.1 is required with a complying Dive Doctor (not all GP's can perform this medical). It is your responsibility to arrange this medical well in advance of your course start date.

Dr Chad Donnelly (also a PADI Scuba Diving Instructor) performs these Dive Medicals at Dive World, 318 Ipswich Road. Contact Dive World on 07 3391 1009 to make an appointment.

Cost is $100 which is payable directly to Dr Donnelly in cash on the day (i.e. no EFTPOS or credit card facilities available). A tax invoice is provided. No payment, no medical

Should Dr Donnelly be required to make a call out to Dive World which is outside one of his scheduled appointment days, the cost will be $150 and you will be informed of this at the time of booking.
